It is my opinion that a lot more authors should have a blog. I also think that publishers should make press releases but that’s another story.

When we started the experiment that is The Say Blog, I assumed I would find many authors expressing opinions in blogs. However, this is proving a bit more tricky than I would have liked.

I honestly cannot see why more authors do not have some sort of blog. Admittedly if all you are going to write is “please read my book”, then don’t start a blog. On the other hand, here is a guide on what to blog as an author.

I believe all authors could be great bloggers or at least as good at blogging as they are at writing.
